Choosing a journal for publication (<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/TSJcm34hY2\">mandatory questionnaire<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Step 2.<\/mark><\/strong>Submit a 2-page abstract of your paper via the SME2025 conference submission system <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/my\/conference?conf=sme2025\">EasyChair<\/a>Please send the abstract as a new submission (option: New Submission). <br>The abstract should be prepared in A4 size (210 x 297 mm) according to the attached 2-column template and sent in doc format.<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Step 3.<\/mark><\/strong>Submit the full text of your paper via the SME2025 conference submission system <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/my\/conference?conf=sme2025\">EasyChair<\/a>Please resubmit the full text of your paper as a new submission (option: New Submission). Each conference participant may submit two papers (submissions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creating an EasyChair account:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the system <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/my\/conference?conf=sme2025\">EasyChair <\/a>through a direct link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not have an account yet, select the registration option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please provide your first name, surname, and e-mail address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check your e-mail for a confirmation link and complete your registration by filling in the required details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Logging into the system:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please log in to your EasyChair account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the conference page by using the appropriate link or searching for the conference by name\/acronym (<strong>SME2025<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selecting a role in the conference:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that you are logged in as an \u201cauthor\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you see a different role, go to the conference menu and select the option to change your role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are not an author and would like to submit an article, please contact the conference organisers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submission of a 2-page abstract \/ full text of the paper:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the conference menu, find and select the '<strong>New Submission<\/strong>' (New application).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the tab is not visible, it means that the conference is no longer accepting applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filling in the application form:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill in all the required fields for the article (title, authors, abstract, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the required files (e.g. full text of the article) in accordance with the organisers' instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approval of the notification:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that no error messages have appeared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the button \u2019<strong>Submit<\/strong>\u2018 to submit your application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of technical issues (e.g. long loading times), please check your internet connection and try again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confirmation of registration:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once your article has been successfully submitted, you will receive confirmation by e-mail and in the EasyChair system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rejestracja Procedura rejestracyjna &#8211; system zg\u0142osze\u0144 dla SME2025 Krok 1.
