Templates and guidelines
We invite authors to prepare a summary of their article for the conference materials. Please send a two-page summary of your article (book of abstracts) in Polish or English.
Requirements for the abstract:
- Maximum 2 pages (according to the template)
- Language: Polish or English (your choice)
- We recommend that the abstract includes:
- Text describing the most important results and conclusions
- Illustrations, charts, and key formulas
- The materials will be published in a book of conference abstracts.
Please prepare a clear and concise summary, including the most important results and key elements of the presented work, such as illustrations or formulas (if relevant to the subject matter). The summary should be prepared in A4 size (210 x 297 mm) according to the attached template.

Rules and schedule for publishing articles:
- Articles will be submitted for publication in the order of registration until the limit of space available for publication in the respective journals is reached.
- Complete articles + fees submitted by 12 July 2025 will be considered for pre-conference publication, subject to availability in selected journals.
- Articles submitted after 12 July 2025 will be considered as post-conference publications, subject to availability.
- The authors shall cover the costs of publication.
Please submit your articles in advance – the number of publication slots is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
