- 1615 Solemn Holy Mass dedicated to WIEiK’s 50th Anniversary (celebrated by Prelate Rev. Dr. Stanisław Puchała, organ performance by Prof. Julian Gembalski)
- 1715– 1815 Organ Recital by Prof. Julian Gembalski (after the Mass)
- 1815 Return to the Warszawska Campus

- 1200 – 1300 Lunch at the academic canteen “Docent” (GIL Gallery Building)

- 900-1000 Meeting of the SME Scientific Committee and the Machines and Transformers Section of the Polish Academy of Sciences (WIEiK, Faculty Council Hall – 2nd floor, room 203A)
- 900 – 1100 Laboratory tours (including optional visit to the CUT Museum)
- 1100 – 1200 Symposium Summary Session (WIEiK, Faculty Council Hall – 2nd floor, room 203A)
- 1200 – 1300 Farewell Lunch at the “Docent” academic canteen (GIL Gallery Building)
NOTES:
- SME participants may enter the Campus (entrance from Szlak Street) – car park password: SME. Symposium participants staying at hotels near the campus may leave their cars in the Warszawska Campus car parks for the duration of the conference (parking is available anywhere on the Campus between the buildings).
- Scientific sessions (two parallel scientific sessions throughout the day – oral presentations), each session: 6 papers, time per paper: 20 minutes. (15 min. – presentation, 5 min. – discussion), papers may be presented in Polish or English; in the case of presentations of articles in Polish, please supplement the prepared slides with descriptions in English.
- Each session is chaired by two chairmen (their names will be listed in the Abstract Book), to whom you should report before the session begins.
- Conference materials: ID badge with the programme; Book of Abstracts (a collection of 2-page abstracts of all presentations); Przegląd Elektrotechniczny (Electrical Engineering Review) No. 11/2025, containing 20 articles (submitted by 15 July 2025); promotional materials. Other articles presented at the SME Symposium will be sent by the Organisers for review and then, after receiving the reviews and making corrections by the Authors, will be submitted for publication in Przegląd Elektrotechniczny (various issues) as post-conference articles. The costs of publishing an article in PE are covered by the authors (invoices will be sent to the authors by the PE editorial office).
- Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering WIEIK (Building W-3) – after entering through the main gate from Szlak Street – the first building on the right;
- Gil Gallery (Building W-7) – located at the back of the Warsaw Campus;
- The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule;
