Registration procedure – application system for SME2025

Step 1.. Choosing a journal for publication (mandatory questionnaire).

Step 2.Submit a 2-page abstract of your paper via the SME2025 conference submission system EasyChairPlease send the abstract as a new submission (option: New Submission).
The abstract should be prepared in A4 size (210 x 297 mm) according to the attached 2-column template and sent in doc format..

Step 3.Submit the full text of your paper via the SME2025 conference submission system EasyChairPlease resubmit the full text of your paper as a new submission (option: New Submission). Each conference participant may submit two papers (submissions).

  1. Creating an EasyChair account:
    • Log in to the system EasyChair through a direct link.
    • If you do not have an account yet, select the registration option.
    • Please provide your first name, surname, and e-mail address.
    • Check your e-mail for a confirmation link and complete your registration by filling in the required details.
  2. Logging into the system:
    • Please log in to your EasyChair account.
    • Go to the conference page by using the appropriate link or searching for the conference by name/acronym (SME2025).
  3. Selecting a role in the conference:
    • Check that you are logged in as an “author”.
    • If you see a different role, go to the conference menu and select the option to change your role.
    • If you are not an author and would like to submit an article, please contact the conference organisers.
  4. Submission of a 2-page abstract / full text of the paper:
    • In the conference menu, find and select the 'New Submission' (New application).
    • If the tab is not visible, it means that the conference is no longer accepting applications.
  5. Filling in the application form:
    • Fill in all the required fields for the article (title, authors, abstract, etc.).
    • Submit the required files (e.g. full text of the article) in accordance with the organisers' instructions.
  6. Approval of the notification:
    • Check that no error messages have appeared.
    • Click on the button ’Submit‘ to submit your application.
    • In case of technical issues (e.g. long loading times), please check your internet connection and try again.
  7. Confirmation of registration:
    • Once your article has been successfully submitted, you will receive confirmation by e-mail and in the EasyChair system.
