Dates and deadlines for the Symposium:

The registration deadline has been extended to 15 September 2025.

  • 15.09.2025 – Registration: select the tab SME 2025 questionnaire and fill in the fields (author's details, paper title, journal selection, invoice details). However, the organisers request that you register your participation as soon as possible..
  • 15.09.2025 – Submit a 2-page abstract of your paper (select the tab Abstract).
  • 15.09.2025 – Payment of the conference fee (invoices to be collected during the SME Symposium).
  • 12.07.2025 – Submission of the full text of the paper for pre-conference publication.
  • 15.11.2025 – Submission of the full text of the paper for post-conference publication.

Conference registration fee:

  • 999 PLN – for all participants
  • Hotel reservations and accommodation fees to be arranged independently własnym zakresie
